Airlines Delays

FILE – In this Monday, April 4, 2016, file photo, a Virgin America plane taxis before takeoff at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in Seattle. The government says that U.S. airlines are continuing to post more delays, including dozens of very long ones. In all, 42 flights in January 2017 were stuck on the ground so long that the airlines could be fined. Still, consumer complaints are down. Hawaiian, Delta and American had the best on-time ratings. Virgin America had the worst. (AP/RSS Photo/Ted S. Warren, File)
